All Food and Beverage is Subject to Tax and Service

Sales Tax is 9.025%. Liquor Tax is 14.525%.

Service Charge is 24%; Made up of a Combined 15.3% Service Charge, Paid Solely to the Employees Serving the Function (Limited to Wait Staff, Service Employees and Service Bartenders) and a Separate 8.7% Administrative Fee which Defrays Overhead Costs Associated with the Function and in No Part is Paid to the Service Employees.
